How do I port out my number?

Need to move your number to another carrier? We’ve got you covered (but we’re sorry to see you go ❤️‍🩹)

You can access your port-out details directly from the app by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Popcorn app

  2. Go to Support

  3. Scroll down and tap Port out your number
    ​

  4. Select the reason for your transfer

  5. Your port-out details will appear on screen, ready to copy! 🎉

⚠️ Keep in mind

Your Transfer PIN is temporary and remains valid for 7 days. If it expires, you’ll need to generate a new one before completing the transfer with your new carrier.
