🤖 How it works?

Our Assistant feature (or Jenny, if you’re on a first name basis) helps manage your incoming calls so you don’t have to pick up every time your phone rings.

She can answer missed or declined calls, take a message and summarize it for you, filter out spam and let you review everything later with both an audio recording and a summary.


Set Jenny to step in when you miss a call, handle unknown numbers, or take all calls – your choice.

🛟 Customize how calls are handled

You’re in full control of how the Assistant behaves. You can turn it on or off at any time, or pause it when needed.

You can also choose how calls ring on your device:

  • Always ring: your phone rings normally, and the Assistant handles missed calls.

  • Contacts only: only saved contacts ring your phone, while the Assistant screens unknown callers. If you pick this option, you’ll be prompted to share your contacts so we can recognize who should ring through.

  • Never ring: all calls are automatically handled by the Assistant

📞 What happens after the call?

Every time the Assistant handles a call, you’ll get a notification. Once the call ends, you’ll be able to see what happened at a glance.

You’ll get a short summary of the conversation and access to the call recording (soon, a full transcript as well). You can also mark calls as spam or share the summary or recording if needed.

🔮 What’s coming next?

We’re actively building and improving the Assistant. Soon, you’ll see features like different voice and tone options, full transcripts, the ability for the Assistant to make calls on your behalf and support for multiple lines.

❓FAQs

Does the Assistant work on all my lines?

No! The Assistant currently works only on your main Popcorn line. You'll need to make sure you select this while setting it up here.

Is the Assistant available during the free trial?

No. The Assistant is only available on active paid subscriptions. It won’t work on trial or inactive accounts.

Can I still make calls normally?

Yes! You can continue using your phone to make calls as usual. The Assistant only affects incoming calls.

When does the Assistant step in?

It depends on your settings. By default, your phone will ring, and the Assistant will only step in if you miss or decline the call but you can change this under Calls > Assistant.

Where do I manage the Assistant?

Everything is managed directly in the app under the Calls tab → Assistant.
