If you’d like to delete your Popcorn account, you can do so directly from the app in just a few steps.
🧾 Step 1: Cancel your subscription
Before deleting your account, make sure your subscription is cancelled (if you have one). Go to: Settings → Billing → Manage → Cancel Subscription
🚫 Step 2: Close your account
Go to: Settings → Profile → Close Account
You’ll see two options:
Stop service (reactivate later) → keeps your account and number reserved
Close and delete account → permanently deletes your account and all data
⚠️ Keep in mind:
If you delete your account, your phone number(s) will be removed and your call history and data will be deleted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone!
If you’re not sure, you can choose “Stop service”. This lets you keep your number reserved and come back later without starting from scratch.
