What is Call Forwarding?

Answer calls directly through the Popcorn app! 📞

Call Forwarding lets your incoming calls to your Popcorn number ring directly in the Popcorn app, instead of only through your phone’s default calling screen.

⚠️ Keep in mind:

  • Call Forwarding is available for paid subscribers only and not for trial users.

  • Call Forwarding is currently iPhone only, with Android support coming soon.

📱 Why use it?

Call Forwarding is especially useful when you’re experiencing calling issues abroad or you want a more reliable way to receive calls while traveling.

📞 How to set it up

You can enable it by following the instructions below:

  1. In the Popcorn app go to Settings (⚙️)

  2. Scroll to Call Forwarding

  3. Tap Set up call to begin configuration

  4. You’ll see a pop-up screen. This is expected, just tap Dismiss

5. We’ll place a quick test call to confirm everything is set up correctly

6. Once completed, tap Finish 🎉

👉 During setup, you may see a strange or unfamiliar number pop-up. This is expected. It’s a system number used to configure your device and route calls correctly.

Enabling Call Forwarding can help bypass certain network limitations and improve call reliability in some locations.
