Can I cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. There are no cancellation fees, and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

You can cancel by following these steps in-app:

  1. Select the โš™๏ธ icon in the top right corner

  2. Go to Billing

  3. Click Manage

  4. Select Cancel Subscription

Once confirmed, your subscription will be set to cancel at the end of your billing cycle.

What happens after you cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to access Popcorn service until the end of your billing cycle but once this period ends, your service will be paused.

Don't worry, your number wonโ€™t be immediately lost. We reserve it for a limited period after your subscription ends and during this time, you can resubscribe and reclaim the same number. Youโ€™ll be able to pick up right where you left off.

After that period, the number will eventually be released and become unavailable.
