When you sign up for Popcorn, you’ll immediately start with a 7-day free trial.

What happens if I choose not to subscribe?

If your trial ends and you decide not to subscribe, no worries, you won’t be charged.

Just note that your Popcorn number may be released after your service ends. We can sometimes recover numbers within a few days, but this isn’t guaranteed.

If you’d like a bit more time to try Popcorn, just let us know, we’re happy to extend your trial! 🎉

Why don’t I have access to all features during my trial?

If you’re on a trial, the following features will be limited: Dialer, Notes, Call Forwarding and Screening. This helps us keep the service running smoothly while you explore Popcorn.

To unlock the full experience, you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan. And if it’s not the right fit, we’re happy to help with a refund.
