If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can easily reset it from the app.
🔑 Reset your PIN
In case you still have access to your account, you can reset it from inside the app by following these steps: Settings → Security → Forgot PIN
If you have been logged out you can follow these steps to regain access:
From the login screen tap Forgot PIN
You will be send a verification email
Please tap Open Email and look for the Popcorn reset PIN message.
In that email you will be able to directly complete the verification or you can simply copy the PIN and enter the reset code sent in app!
