My calling isn’t working

Troubleshooting steps

Our plans work globally, but occasionally calling issues can occur. Here are a few things to try:

  1. Enable WiFi Calling
    Go to: Settings > Cellular > [Popcorn eSIM] > Wi-Fi Calling
    Make sure WiFi Calling is turned ON.

  2. Check Voice & Data Settings
    Go to: Settings > Cellular > [Popcorn eSIM] > Voice & Data
    Set it to 5G Auto

  3. Use the correct dial format
    For US numbers: dial using +1 or 001
    For international: use +XX or 00XX (e.g. +44 or 0044 for the UK)

  4. Try switching networks
    Sometimes the local carrier you're roaming on may block calls.
    Go to: Settings > Cellular > [Popcorn eSIM] > Network Selection
    Switch Automatic off and select another available network manually.
