There are a few exceptions, typically in: remote, low-connectivity regions or countries with network restrictions or regulatory limitations (e.g. Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, Iran, Iraq, New Caledonia and Cuba).
Coverage is available in these countries but you might experience slower speeds or limited connectivity: Sri Lanka, Peru, Pakistan and Zambia.

In Russia, due to local network restrictions, you may experience no connectivity during the first 24 hours after arriving. Service should begin working automatically after this period.
