If youâre using an iPhone 12 or newer, youâre good to go
For the best experience, we recommend iPhone 13 or later
Make sure your phone is unlocked:
Your device must be carrier unlocked to use Popcorn. You can quickly check this following the instructions below:
On your iPhone;
Go to Settings â General â About;
Scroll to Carrier Lock;
If it says âNo SIM restrictionsâ, youâre all set; â
If you see a carrier listed this means your phone is locked; đ
If your phone is locked, youâll need to contact your carrier to unlock it. This may require paying off any remaining device balance.
