A Transfer PIN is a short (usually 4-6 digit) security code required to move your number from your current carrier to Popcorn.

It’s used to confirm that you’re authorized to transfer your number and is different from your account password.

🔍 How to get your Transfer PIN

You can request your Transfer PIN directly from your current carrier. Here are the most common ways:

  • Get in contact with your carrier’s customer support.

  • Check your carrier’s website or mobile app: look for options like “Number Transfer” or “Port Out”.

  • Some carriers will send you a temporary PIN via SMS after you request it.

⚠️ Keep in mind:

  • Your Transfer PIN is usually temporary and expires within a few days. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.

  • Make sure you enter the PIN exactly as provided when starting your port to avoid any delays.
