🕐 What can cause delays?
In some cases, transfers may take longer (typically 2-10 days) due to:
Incorrect or mismatched details - the information provided doesn’t exactly match your current carrier’s records
Carrier approval required (fraud protection) - your carrier may require you to approve the transfer for security reasons. If so, you’ll usually receive an SMS or email asking you to confirm the port request.
💡 Good to know:
Your number must remain active with your current carrier during the transfer.
Most delays can be resolved by correcting the details and resubmitting - you can do that in-app.
